Brint Hiatt

Founder, Managing Attorney

Brint has been an entrepreneur for 25+ years. He works closely with small business owners and entrepreneurs to cultivate their ideas and help them grow into solid businesses. He got started working in a video game startup in the early-2000’s, working closely with the company’s legal counsel in investor relations, business development, and marketing.

After leaving that company he went to law school at the University of Hawaii, where he graduated magna cum laude with a JD/MBA in 2012, and then graduated cum laude with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke Law School in 2014. Since then, he worked in-house, wearing many different hats in various startup companies until founding Hiatt Law in late 2017, with the objective to become a resource to the entrepreneurial community.
